It has open views of the valley and surrounding hills and is just 11/2 miles from the town of Aberfeldy (where you can try your hand at blending your own whisky). This popular town can be reached by a very pleasant riverside walk with a restaurant along the way. For lovers of wildlife and outdoor pursuits there is golf and angling (permits can be obtained locally), canyoning, whitewater rafting, cycling, hill climbing and walking. Shops 2 miles, pub 1 mile.
