The Danish built coaster Skantic on its way up the River Tay to the Scottish port of Perth in Perthshire, Scotland, on January 2nd, 2007. The Perth Harbour Master arranges for the services of local qualified Pilots to assist vessels in making passage between Dundee and Perth.
