The Fourth Day Of A New Tour of Scotland

Queens View Loch Tummel, Highland Perthshire, Scotland. The fourth day of my latest small group tour of Scotland. A more typical February day in Scotland, a bit dull and overcast for most of the day. Today we toured Blair Athol Distillery, Queen's View Loch Tummel, Highland Perthshire, The Hermitage Falls at Dunkeld, and Dunkeld Cathedral.

Blair Athol Distillery, Pitlochry, Scotland. Blair Athol Distillery stands at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands in the picturesque town of Pitlochry. Established in 1798, Blair Athol is one of the oldest working distilleries in Scotland.

Schiehallion Mountain, Highland Perthshire, Scotland. The Gaelic name, Schiehallion, is usually translated as Fairy Hill of the Caledonians.

Dunkeld Hermitage Falls, Perthshire, Scotland. The Falls on the River Braan, near Dunkeld, Scotland.

Dunkeld Cathedral Cemetery, Perthshire, Scotland.

Dunkeld Cathedral, Perthshire, Scotland. Dunkeld Cathedral is regarded by many as the most charmingly situated ecclesiastical building in all of Scotland.
