Wemyss Parish Church, Fife, Scotland, St. Adrian's Kirk. This historic kirk is in the parish of West Wemyss. Named after a ninth century saint, it was built in 1890 to save the locals having to walk to East Wemyss every Sunday for the service. The church holds up to six hundred people and is built of local red sandstone. There is an unusual mural behind the alter. The kirkyard is older than the present church and contains the graves of several men who died in mining disasters.
